Trust as Critical Infrastructure
Descrizione
On 7 October 2026, the Centro Studi Americani in Rome hosts the event Trust as Critical Infrastructure. Managing complexity across artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and disinformation, a discussion inspired by the volume Cognitive Warfare and National Security: Legal and Institutional Profiles, edited by Roberto Sgalla and Alessandro Sterpa.
The event offers an opportunity to reflect on the transformations driven by artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and disinformation, with particular attention to the role of trust as a crucial element for security and for the proper functioning of contemporary institutions.
The meeting will also feature the presentation of the research group Algo-Freedom Society, which made a significant contribution to the development of the volume.
