Biography

Andrea Gatti, a former lawyer, earned a PhD in Comparative Public Law from the University of Pisa in 2021. He was a research fellow at the University of Pisa (2021-2022) and subsequently at the University of Teramo (2022-2024). He is currently a research fellow at the University of Padua. Since 2023, he has also served as legal advisor to the Vice President of the Italian Data Protection Authority. He recently published the monograph "Profiling and Fundamental Rights. Models Compared: Europe, the USA, and Latin America" ​​(Editoriale Scientifica, 2025).
