Biography

Salvatore Lazzara is currently a manager at the Italian Revenue Agency. Following an initial career in organizational consulting, during which he worked on change management projects for Public Administration, he began a career within fiscal agencies. His field of interest lies in Human Resource Management, specifically regarding people development processes, performance evaluation, potential assessment, and training. As part of his PhD, his research develops the theme: "Organizational models and competency systems for the learning organization applicable to tax-collecting administrations." Starting from an analysis of the Revenue Agency case study, the project explores the relationship between administrative innovation paradigms and organizational learning practices, with particular focus on the role played by new digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
