Biography
Francesco Menicocci holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration Sciences (LM-63) from the University of Perugia. He is currently a PhD candidate (40th cycle) at the University of Tuscia, with a project dedicated to the reform of the form of government and the premiership. In 2024 he participated in the "Silvano Tosi" Parliamentary Studies Seminar at the University of Florence and, upon completion, undertook an extracurricular internship at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
